What is Adminee and how does it work?
Adminee is a Progressive Web App (PWA) exclusively built for WooCommerce store owners. It replaces the slow WordPress dashboard with a faster, mobile-first interface for managing orders, products, customers, and analytics. You connect your existing WooCommerce stores via secure App Password credentials, and everything syncs in real-time. Not requiring to install any additional plugin.
How do I connect my WooCommerce store?
Setting up is simple: Go to your WordPress/WooCommerce admin dashboard, generate WordPress Application Passwords in your site's admin profile page, and enter your store URL, username, and application password in Adminee. Your credentials are encrypted in your device's localStorage by default and never stored on our servers. Optionally, we also offer encrypted Cloud Cache Storage to keep your credentials and store data which will enable data sync across devices.
Is my WooCommerce data secure?
Security is our top priority. We use AES-256-GCM encryption for all stored credentials, Cloudflare Workers for secure API proxying (no CORS issues to worry about), and enterprise-level auth security by Supabase. Your WooCommerce data is never permanently stored on our servers - we proxy it through secure connections. Encrypted Cloud Cache Storage is available as addon.
Can I manage multiple stores?
Yes! Multi-store management is built-in according to your selected plan. You can seamlessly switch between stores with instant context switching - perfect for agencies or multi-brand merchants.
Is there a mobile app?
Adminee is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works like a native app but doesn't require downloads from app stores. Add Adminee to your home screen on any device and it behaves exactly like a native mobile app - with offline capabilities, push notifications, and full-screen experience.
What happens if I go offline?
Adminee has robust offline support. You can view cached data for up to 30 days with the Offline Mode toggle in settings. The cached data includes orders, products, customers, and analytics - everything you need to work offline.
